I don’t even know where to begin I’m so frustrated and pissed off with this printing company (kmt!!). Okay let me bring the temper down a bit, do some woo sah s#*t……. ok dat neva work!

We have a shirt called “VI TIL I DIE” that we designed and printed for the Virgin Island. Di shirt sick, it maddd! We’ve been printing this shirt for a very long time, so there shouldn’t be any issues with printing right??… Wrong! somehow this screen printing company (mi nah guh call dem name) just wah raise mi blood pressure pan di real, real, good ,good saturday morning. Pressure tun up from friday night and it still up deh!! no i-ah dat nuh normal.

So anyways this printing company messed up over 200 shirts, and has ink spots on 36 more. how? all now mi can’t explain! For those who don’t know about screen printing let me explain it real quickly. Once you do a design it’s burned onto screens the design doesn’t move, all the screen printer has to do is apply ink onto the screen, that ink will show the design on the t-shirt it’s being applied to. simple nuh tru?

The reason I’m so pissed off is because our major distributor of the VI TIL I DIE shirt saw the images of the messed up t-shirts and they are upset with the inconsistency of the printing. That makes our company look bad and dat nah guh happen.

What really happened to get me worked up is the placement of the “REPJA” logo got hitched up onto the letter “E” instead of 1/4 of an inch below as it normally is (view image below). That shouldn’t have happened at all especially since it’s a set screen that doesn’t change as I explained earlier.

Outcome: A nasty email was sent into the company for a formal meeting on Monday, of course my client wants a discount on the job which means we don’t make the money we intended on making. a printer bwoy about to get cut off!! yuh zeet!
